      CashBin (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates solely as a loan aggregator / matchmaking platform and is not a lender. We connect prospective borrowers with one or more third-party banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions (“lenders”) for consideration. Final acceptance, approval, loan terms, interest rates, and disbursal are determined solely by the lender.

    2. No Guarantee of Approval

      Submission of an application or documents via CashBin does not guarantee loan approval or disbursal. All decisions rest with the lender, based on internal credit criteria, KYC / verification, and risk assessment.

    3. Terms, Rates & Charges May Vary

      Interest rates, fees, charges, processing fees, penalties, and other terms presented on our platform are indicative and may change. The actual terms you receive from the lender may differ, based on your credit profile, eligibility, or documentation.

    4. Document Verification & KYC

      Lenders may require additional documents or verification steps after you submit your application. Until such verification is complete, approvals are provisional and subject to change.

    5. Data Sharing & Privacy

      By using our service and submitting your information (personal, financial, KYC documents, etc.), you consent to share that data with prospective lenders or their authorized agents for processing and evaluation of your loan request. Your information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

    6. No Control Over Funds Flow

      CashBin does not handle, control, or hold the disbursal funds or repayments. Loan disbursal and repayments are managed directly between the lender and the borrower, per the lender’s disbursement process.

    7. Accuracy of Information / Errors

      We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information displayed (rates, offers, etc.), but we do not warrant or guarantee that all information is up to date, error-free, or complete. We reserve the right to correct errors, omissions, or update information at any time.

    8. Regulatory Compliance & Changes

      CashBin and its lenders may operate subject to regulatory guidelines, including the RBI’s Digital Lending Guidelines. In case of changes in applicable laws, rules or regulatory requirements, we may modify our services, terms, or operations accordingly.

    9. Limitation of Liability

      To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashBin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, loss, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, or reliance on any information provided therein, or any interaction with lenders.

    10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

      This disclaimer and your use of CashBin are governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in  Delhi ].
